Strategic Alliances
The PDI-POA Partners and Strategic Alliance Program provides an opportunity for individuals, entities or corporations to partner with our organization to foster a mutually beneficial relationship. Partners and Strategic Alliances help offset costs of specific activities or donate unrestricted funds or items to benefit the annual education forum. In turn, the organization provides acknowlegement based on their level of support (see below for the types of acknowledgement).
President’s Circle – $5,000 Limit: Three Sponsors
- Prominent recognition as a President’s Circle Sponsor on the PDI-POA website, with company logo and sponsor link for one (1) year.
- Guest Speaker presentation (10 minutes) at one of the Forum events
- Introduction of speaker at the Forum One complimentary registration fee to the Denver Forum
- VIP Seating for two (2) reserved seats at the Forum luncheons
- Four (4) additional seats at the Forum luncheons
- Two (2) invitations with a guest to each of the Forum evening events
- Acknowledgement in all 2012 Forum materials with company logo
- Logo acknowledgement at each of the luncheons and evening events
- Two newsletter editorial features
- Opportunity to include corporate materials and favors in delegate’s welcome packets
- First right of refusal to be a President’s Circle level sponsor for 2013 Forum
Ambassador’s Circle – $3,500 Limit: Four Sponsors
- Prominent recognition as Ambassador’s Circle Sponsor on the PDI-POA website, with company logo and sponsor link for one (1) year
- Introduction of speaker at the Forum
- VIP Seating for one (1) reserved seat at the Forum luncheons
- Two (2) invitations with a guest to one of the Forum evening events
- Acknowledgement in all Forum materials with company logo
- Logo acknowledgement at each of the luncheons and evening events
- Opportunity to include corporate materials and favors in delegate’s welcome packet
Diplomat’s Circle – $1,500 No Limit
- Prominent acknowledgement as Diplomat’s Circle Sponsor on the PDI-POA website, with company logo during the registration and post Forum period, (Mar-Aug 2012).
- One (1) seat at the Forum luncheon
- One (1) invitation to a Forum evening event
- Acknowledgement in all Forum materials with company logo
- Logo acknowledgement at each of the luncheons and evening events
- Opportunity to include corporate materials and favors in delegate’s welcome packets
Friends of the Forum – $250 No Limit
This is not a corporate sponsorship category, rather an opportunity for individuals to support the forum
- Acknowledgement in all Forum materials
- Name acknowledgement on PDI-POA website, www.protocolinternational.org, during the registration and post Forum period (Mar-Aug 2012)
