In this interactive group session participants will learn how to elevate their interview game and stand out during a job search. Participants will learn best practices of how to prepare before an interview begins, how to answer some of the most common questions with ease, decide what counter-questions are appropriate, and how to best follow up effectively after the interview.

This session includes one 60-minute small group session.

About the Presenter

Krystal Yates is a certified HR expert with SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications.  She is the President and Founder of EBR HR Experts. 

Prior to EBR, Krystal worked for small businesses in DFW, overseeing HR and Operations. Additionally, she has been working with job seekers in all facets of job hunting since 2010.  In September 2018, Krystal published her first book, The Insider's Guide to Your Dream Career.

Krystal is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council. She serves on the Feral Friends Community Cat Alliance board, is a Trustee for The Longhorn Group of Charities Unit Accounting Trust, and volunteers with DallasHR and the Lewisville Area Chamber of Commerce.
